My Favorite Rooms Tour

After working on this house for 7 years, decorating 3000 square feet, I learned two things...I love to decorate, and I will never live in such a large home again!   When I put it on the market, it sold in 4 days.  Amazing.  My family was not prepared and we are currently in a rental looking for a new home to start all over with. 

  Our home had four Bathrooms....I know...what was I thinking!

I have been busy putting my house back in order after a fishing trip and a total paint make over. I can't wait to start putting it all together again, but I felt because the house was so dated that it had to have some updating.

In the mean time, I am positing some great kitchens to drool over!

Thirft Store Hunting

Since I finally got a tax refund this year for the first time in years, I decided to head to my favorite thrift store and see what I might find. I love the hunt, and my first stop is the Goodwill. I found this beautiful pitcher for $8.



Isn't it pretty...I believe it's old cause the bottom has lots of scratch marks! It is going to be perfect for my Spring flowers! I can't wait to finish my pantry so I will have a place to put it.

I am still deciding what my new kitchen will look like. When I moved in, it was painted three different very odd colors. Here are my inspiration photos...maybe it will end up like one of these....
