This weeks collecting passion is clear Blue Pyrex. The glass turns blue with the addition of the chemical cobalt to the molten glass. Isn't it pretty?
For some reason it has been hard to find in Albuquerque. I have read on line that it is still sold in Pyrex outlet stores in other parts of the country. If I could just find the set of bowls below, I would be a happy camper!
I have been collecting blue glass for 30 years, but the Pyrex is my favorite because it is especially transparent! It also matches my other blue glass collections.

Hi! I live in Albuquerque and have the large mixing bowl you are looking for. I may be tempted to sell it!! I too collect cobalt glass for my own personal use. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing.
I've had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like
the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?
